Design by Jude.com is an online boutique operated by Jude Designs (ABN 95857646844). The following terms and conditions govern the use of www.DesignByJude.com (Jude Designs). By visiting or placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, please do not use Jude Designs.

Please review our Privacy Notice, Delivery, Returns, Ordering and Payment sections as part of the Terms and Conditions. All prices quoted on Jude Designs are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time, so please re-read our policy before placing subsequent orders.

Jude Designs and its representatives are not liable to you or anyone else for any loss, or any financial loss suffered in connection with the use of this or a linked website.
 
Product Disclaimer
All Jude products are handcrafted, or have gone through some form of handcrafting process. As with most individually handmade items, minor variations in design and slight imperfections in printing do occur, which are only meant to enhance the beauty and uniqueness of the product, making it ‘one of a kind’. As a result, although two pieces may be of the same design, there may be minor variations in printing or decoration, and they will not be exactly alike. Therefore, Jude Designs cannot guarantee that the product pictured will be exactly the same as the actual product you have ordered.

Jude Designs attempts to display all products as accurately as possible - all colours, styles and fits will be represented as best we can. However, please be aware that there are a number of factors, such as lighting, photo quality, individual monitor settings, or your printer, that will determine how true to life the representation of the colours are. We cannot guarantee that the colours shown on our website matches the actual product 100%.

All content included on this site – logos, graphics, text, product images and images of original artwork by Jude is the property of Jude Designs or its content suppliers and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
Jude Designs trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Jude Designs, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Jude Designs.

Payment

• Jude Designs accepts PayPal and Direct Deposit.

• All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All purchases will be charged in Australian Dollars only.

• For Direct Deposit, please email info@designbyjude.com once you have deposited the money, to inform us of the date it was deposited and the reference code you have used. If we do not receive this email we will not know your money has been deposited. This may result in a cancellation of your order.

• Please be aware that your bank and/or credit card company may charge you a currency conversion fee. Please check with your banking institution for any fees you may incur prior to placing your order as we are not responsible for any additional fees charged to you by any third party.

Delivery Information

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC:

 • Delivery Australia wide for a very low flat fee of $8.00. No Extra charges for additional/ oversized items… so think big and shop til you drop!!

• Delivery via Express Australia Post.

• Orders over $100 receive free postage.

• Delivery time with Express Australia Post is 1-3 working days.

• Orders are delivered only once payment has been cleared. 
Paypal payments clear on the same day the payment is made.    
Direct Bank Deposit may take up to 3 business days to clear.

• Recommended to provide a work address (including business name), to ensure someone is there to receive the parcel. This is to prevent theft as the parcel may just be left in your letterbox. If the parcel is too large for your letterbox, it may just be taken to your nearest post office. Jude Designs will not be held responsible for any theft of parcels.

• If your parcel has not been received within 6 working days (from time of placing your order), please contact us at info@designbyjude.com with your full name and order number so we can give you your tracking number. Your order can be tracked by calling the Australia Post Customer Service line on 13 13 18.  In most cases your parcel will be at your local post office waiting for you to pick it up.
 
INTERNATIONAL:

• Special delivery rate to Singapore for a low flat fee of $12.00.

• Flat fee of $20.00 for deliveries to rest of the world.

• Delivery via Registered Australia Post.

• Orders over $200 receive free postage.

• Delivery time with Registered Australia Post is 3-10 working days.

• Orders are delivered only once payment has been cleared. 
Paypal payments clear on the same day the payment is made.

Due to various countries custom procedures, Jude Designs does not assume responsibility for delays and will not be held responsible for any additional charges your order may incur once the item has left Australia. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.

Returns

At Jude Designs, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. We want you to love what you have purchased. So please take time to familiarise yourself with the following refund and exchange conditions.

• You may return any purchased item – including sale items – for any reason.

• All items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached – this does not mean you cannot try the item on for size, rather it cannot be ‘worn’.

• Within 10 days of purchase, simply email us at info@designbyjude.com to request a return form. Complete this and send back with your item/s within 10 days of contacting us. Return requests received outside these time frames are accepted at the discretion of Jude Designs.

• All items must be returned via Registered or Express post, as these have tracking numbers and can be traced. Items which go missing in the post will not be credited. The customer pays the cost of return postage.

• For exchanges, we will send the new item to you free of postage charges. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a refund.

• For refunds, you will only be reimbursed for the item/s returned. The postage cost is non-refundable.

• Refunds and exchanges can take up to 10 days to process after Jude Designs has received the goods.

• Jude Designs reserves the right to deny a refund/exchange for items which are deemed not to be in a resaleable condition – if they are damaged in any way, or have been worn then washed. Those items which fail the saleable condition accreditation will be sent back to the customer via the original shipping address with notification of reason.

Custom Made / Wholesale

MADE TO ORDER:

All Jude pieces are one off and limited edition. Once the design is sold out, it may still be on sale as a Made To Order piece.

If you have ordered a Made To Order piece, there is a waiting time of up to 2 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched to you. An email will be sent to you to notify you of this.

Once your order is completed, a second email will be sent to you to notify you that your order is ready to be dispatched to you.

Should you need the item by a particular date before the 2 week waiting period, do not hesitate to email us, and we will respond to you on whether we are able to meet the dateline.

BESPOKE:

You may have a special design in mind which you would like tailor made to suit your particular needs. Jude Designs is able to correspond and work closely with you to realise your dream design.

Although we aim to give you exactly what you want, all our custom work also depends on the availability of materials. If a certain material is not available, we will respond to you with alternative solutions.
